She was predeceased by: her parents, Edith Gertrude Schwerdtfeger (Blaylock) and Charles Schwerdtfeger; her husband Leonard Mullenix; her siblings, Alice Bolack, Richard and Leonard Schwerdtfeger; and her son-in-law Clyde Zielke.
She is survived by: her sister Shirley Brown of Kansas City, Missouri; and her daughters, Charlotte Zielke of Las Cruces, Kerry Cleveland (Terry) of Albuquerque, Kathy Scribner (Eddie) of Las Cruces, Patricia Jones (Steve) of Las Cruces, Linda Harden (Paul) of Benton, Kansas and Judy Green (David) of Franklin, Tennessee. She is also survived by nineteen grandchildren.
