“I love Ben. I met him at the Monson senior center. At first he was shy with not much to say but as we got to know him more he opened up. What a wonderful man. The last time I saw him, he was bursting with happiness and was so glad to see us! I was so happy for him. When I tried to call him and his number had been disconnected, I knew that something was wrong. I sadly found his name in the obituary column and cried. I knew I wouldn’t see his happy face anymore but was thankful for knowing him.”
