He is survived by: his mother Maria Perez; his stepfather Juan Gomez (Borrego); his father Juan Perez; his siblings, Juan Antonio Perez (Elizabeth), Noel Perez (Melanie) and Maileth Perez; his daughter Jasmine Perez; and his grandchildren, Jaxon, Jordan and Aubrialla. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins.
