She is survived by: her mother Trinidad Forni; her children, Shanice Melendez, Angel Sandoval and Kimberly Sandoval; her siblings, Gabriel Montoya and April Munoz; and her stepfather Mark Forni. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren.
