She is survived by: her father Jose "Joe" Lara; and her siblings, Daniel Lara, Joe Lara (Terri), Patricia Ovalle, Terri Figueroa (Louie), Leticia Corral (Fermin) and Sandra Lara of Las Cruces. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
