Delphina Apodaca Soto Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 28, 2025, at the age of 95, Delphina Apodaca Soto of Las Cruces, New Mexico passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Canuto Apodaca and Josefina Apodaca; her husband Elias Soto of Las Cruces; her sons, Sammy, Tommy and Ronnie Soto; her brother Salvador Apodaca; her grandson Michael Soto; and her half-siblings, Manuel, Josefina, Joaquin, Miguel, Maria Piaquinta, Gabriel, Lorenzo, Maximo, Jose Apodaca and Jean Soto.
She is survived by: her children, Debra (Jimmy), Cindy and Barbi (Ryan); her grandchildren, Mojo, Sylvia (Israel Sr.), Melissa, Tommy, Susie (Armando), Eva (Jonathan), Chris, Patrick, Gabriel, Bethany, Flo, Steven (Bea), Corey, Heather (Albert), Adam (Dez), Veronica, Crystal, Jessica, Ceci (Jake), Casi (Mark), Carissa, Vicent (Annalisa), Roni and Nora Hudson; and her son Steve Soto. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 at 6:00 PM. A rosary will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 at 7:00 PM. A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Immaculate Heart of Mary (1240 S Espina St, Las Cruces, NM 88001).
