He was predeceased by: his father Arturo Florez; and his daughter Amaris Florez. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Florez; his mother Julia Florez; his children, Henry Aguirre, Raymundo Aguirre, Sophia Aguirre and Aaliyah Florez; his siblings, Gilbert Florez and Suluma Ruiz (Cesar Garcia); his niece Marisa Ruiz (Joseph Blanco); and his nephews, Damin Hernandez and Adam Florez. He is also survived by two great-nieces; two great-nephews; and numerous extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 5:30 PM at the Baca's Funeral Chapel (300 E Boutz Rd, Las Cruces, NM 88005). A rosary will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
