He was predeceased by: his wife Charmaine McQuade; his parents, Orla Paskill McQuade and Fern Boyd; and his stepfather Chester Boyd. He is survived by: his children, Clay McQuade and Andrea Holliday; his stepdaughter Misti Blue; and his children-in-law, Barbara McQuade, Tye Holliday and Victor Martinez.
