It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Diane E. Anaya in Las Cruces, New Mexico, who passed away on February 17, 2026, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Paul Ernest Sugar. She is survived by: her mother Nancy Jane Jensen; her children, Austin Anaya (Michael), Destiny Anaya, Audrey Anaya and Daniel Anaya; her siblings, Paul Sugar, Kathy Fox and Linda Sugar; and her granddaughters, Amelia Anaya, Maya Anaya and Scarlett Anaya. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
She would donate her time to Big Brothers Big Sisters, and attended christian churches and cherished her connection with Christ.
