He was predeceased by: his parent Donall Richard Provines, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Doris S. Folsom Provines of Haskell; his sisters, Donna Coombes of Indiana, Susan Skinner of Haskell and Darla Mengwasser of Haskell; his uncles, Wib Provines (June) of Southern Indiana and Larry Provines (Patty); and his aunt Lillie Crock (Bob) of Vincennes, IN. He is also survived by 7 nieces and nephews, 15 great nieces and nephews, and a host of dear friends.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Willow Cemetery's 7th (822 S 7th St, Haskell, TX 79521).
