He was predeceased by: his parents, Francisco Mendoza and Ramona Trujillo; his wife Mary Louise Padilla; and his siblings, Manuel Mendoza, Frank Mendoza, Pablo Mendoza, Alfredo Mendoza, Mary Acosta and Felicita Mendoza.
He is survived by: his children, Eddie Mendoza (Norma) of Silver City and Lorie Mendoza of Belen, NM; his grandchildren, Jesse Baca, Michael Quintana, Eddie James Mendoza and Jade Quintana; and his great grandchildren, Daniel James Mendoza and Azaiah Mickey Quintana. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
