We announce the death of Emilia A. Hidalgo of Las Cruces, New Mexico, who passed away on August 27, 2026, at the age of 82. Emilia will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesus Hidalgo and Refujia Hidalgo; and her siblings, Sixto Hidalgo, Pauline Bustillos, Cuquina Calzada, Delfina Clark, Consuelo "Connie" Contreras, Benjamin Hidalgo, Ascencion Hidalgo and Beatriz Hidalgo.
She is survived by: her siblings, Herminia "Minnie" Baldonado (Victor), Jesus Hidalgo Jr. (Delia) and Crecencio Hidalgo (Emma).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Our Lady of Health Catholic Church (1178 N Mesquite St, Las Cruces, NM 88001). A rosary will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
