He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredericho Peña and Virginia Silva Peña; his siblings, Manuel Peña, Fred Peña, Chris Peña, Luisa Falls, Julia Lucero and Virginia Madrid; his son Guillermo Peña Jr.; and his grandchildren, Russell Guillermo Flores and Bethany Dubois.

He is survived by: his wife Victoria Peña; his daughters, Yvonne Flores and Evelyn Dubois; his grandchildren, Eddie Flores Jr., Gabriel Dubois, Devin Dubois and Elani Dubois; and his sons-in-law, Eddie Flores and Wayne Dubois.
