Herbert Zuhl Obituary

It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Herbert Zuhl of Las Cruces, New Mexico, born in Walkerville, Michigan, who passed away at the age of 97, on February 12, 2021. He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Russell; his siblings, Esther and Fred; and his parents, Fred Zuhl and Emma Zuhl.

He is survived by: his brother Robert of Battle Creek. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Over the years, donations of petrified wood were also given to the Houston Museum of Natural Science in Texas and the Smithsonian Institute in Washington D.C. Herbert was raised in a family of faith and he had a heart to help others.
