She is survived by: her husband Jose Mejias; her sister Estella Lara (Javier); her children, Maribel Mejias "Mari", Guadlupe "Lupe" Misquez (Steve), Alejandro "Alex" Mejias (Vanessa) and Arturo Mejias; her grandchildren, Jovanni Mejias, Ashley Mejias, Alexander Madrid, Alexis Mejias, AJ Mejias, Xavier Mejias, Mariah Gonzales, Steve Jr. Misquez and Stephanie Misquez; her great grandchildren, Marissa Castaneda, Asaiah Mejias, Romeo Madrid, Dominic Madrid, Malia Espinoza, Jace Ray Diaz, Cassandra Misquez and Lupe Misquez; and her pet Chona.

Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Graham's Funeral Home (555 W Amador Ave, Las Cruces, NM 88005). A rosary will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM and on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Heart of Mary (1240 S Espina St, Las Cruces, NM 88001). A burial will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 11:45 AM to 12:30 PM at the Hillcrest Memorial Garden Cemetery (5140 W Picacho Ave, Las Cruces, NM 88007).
