She was loved and cherished by many people including: her sons, John Carter, Bryan Carter of Las Cruces and David Carter of Lexington; her brother Sam Barrett of Springfield, Ohio.; her husband Donald L. Carter; her parents, Milton Barrett and Elizabeth Barrett; her grandchildren, Seth Carter, Ryan Carter and Joshua Carter; and her great grandchildren, Ezekiel and Liam.
