He is survived by: his wife Cathleen Marquez; his children, Jasper Acosta Jr., Mario Acosta, Michael Acosta, Ezekiel Acosta, Destiny Acosta, Angelica Acosta, Alex Chavez, Sabrina Mendez, Mike Mendez, Naomi Saenz, Sammy Saenz and Jasmine Monasco; and his sisters, Clarissa Acosta (Rudy Zapata), Valerie Acosta and Victoria Escobedo. He is also survived by his 21 grandchildren, 11 nieces and nephews, 23 great nieces and nephews, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
