He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie Mae and Hiram Leslie Hook; his wife Lorraine Hook (Schaefer); and his daughter Joan Hook. He is survived by: his sons, John D. Hook (Mona Gardner) and Charles D. Hook; and his grandchildren, Jenni Razeghi (Mike), Jessica Hook, Charles D. Hook, Jr., Pricilla, Mari and Nikki.
