She was predeceased by: her parents, Sol Brandt and Tillie Brandt (Roth); her daughter Susan (Lapid); and her spouse Mel Kirschner. She is survived by: her siblings, Rita Berger and Coleman Morton Brandt; her former husbands, Jack Kelter and Joel Ziegler; her stepson Larry Ziegler; her sons, Shaya Kelter (Malka) and Stuart Kelter (Leora Zeitlin); her son-in-law Yossi Lapid (Jill Kerr); her sister-in-law Grace Brandt; her grandchildren, Ilana Glassco Lapid (Eric Glassco), Michael Kelter Mahler, Lior Lapid (Maria Figueroa), Tamar Katz (Roey), Moriah Galili (Ben), Talia Peiffer-Lapid (Nils Peiffer), Jacob Kelter, Amalia Zeitlin and Shlomo Kelter (Shendy); and her stepsons, Ron Ziegler (Ava), Richard Kirschner (Patti) and Bob Kirschner (Judy). She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, four nephews and a niece.
