She was predeceased by: her mothers, Bernice W. Martin and Gertie F. Martin; and her sister Barbara Massegee. She is survived by: her husband Dicky Walker; her sister Judy Patterson; her daughters, Shelley Renee'Meloy and Jennifer Lynn Charity (Oliver); her grandsons, Colton Dane Evans (Maranda) and Tyler Brynn Charity; her great grandchild Madilyn Renee'Evans; and her pet Jack. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 13th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Getz Funeral Home (1410 E Bowman Ave, Las Cruces, NM 88001).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Linda's honor to Mesilla Valley Hospice.
