She was predeceased by: her parents, Florencio Hernandez and Maria Jesus Hernandez; and her husband Ramon Carabajal. She is survived by: her children, Lupe Martinez (Ed), Albina Armijo, Martha Alvarado (Angel), Genevieve Carabajal, Chris (Jessie), Jesus, David (Martha), Pete, Eddie, Henry and Bobby Carabajal (Katy); her sisters, Mary Clark (Lonnie) and Ester Geck (Ralph); and her grandsons, Sonny Armijo, John Paul Carabajal, Lawrence Carabajal, Benjie Carabajal, Angel Alvarado and Roberto Carabajal. She is also survived by Eighteen grandchildren, Forty-six great-grandchildren, and Twenty-five great-great-grandchildren.
A rosary will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Health Church (1178 N Mesquite St, Las Cruces, NM 88001). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Our Lady of Health Catholic Church (1178 N Mesquite St, Las Cruces, NM 88001). A burial will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 from 11:45 PM to 12:30 AM at the Hillcrest Memorial Garden Cemetery (5140 W Picacho Ave, Las Cruces, NM 88007).
