She is survived by: her children, Mona Martinek of West Lafayette, IN and Jay Martinek (Verena) of Schwalbach, Germany; her grandchildren, Sean, Samantha and Macy Martinek of Schwalbach, Germany; and her caregivers, Shelley, Elvira, Kayley, Rachael, Olivia, Grace, Mercedes, Emily, Jordan, Tracy, Natalie and Maria. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
