He is survived by: his children, Mark Montenegro (Lorraine) of Hurley, NM, Reynaldo Garcia of Las Vegas, NM, Melissa Maldonado of Las Vegas, NV, Toni Triviso (Jouquin, Jr.) of Las Vegas, NV and Teresa Garcia Jackson (Gerald) of Las Vegas, NM; and his siblings, Daniel Garcia (Carol) of Arenas Valley, NM and Senaida Silva of Las Cruces, NM. He is also survived by his ten grandchildren; his 20 great-grandchildren; his numerous nieces and nephews.
