It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ronald Axtell of Las Cruces, New Mexico, born in San Angelo, Texas, who passed away on April 14, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

As Ronald departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Ronald may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories we hold dear and the legacy Ronald leaves behind.

He is survived by : his sons, Jason Lee Axtell and Joshua Jay Axtell; and his grandchildren, Travis Jay Axtell, Lillian-Alexis Lynn Axtell and Maddison Genevieve Axtell.

A memorial service was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 10:15 AM at the Farm and Ranch Museum (4100 Dripping Springs Rd, Las Cruces, NM 88011). A burial was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at the Hillcrest Memorial Gardens (5140 W Picacho Ave, Las Cruces, NM 88007).
