She was predeceased by: her parents, Maria Gloria Martinez and Jesus Martinez Diaz; her siblings, Cruz Diaz, Joe Diaz and Gloria Dolores Diaz; and her niece Dianna Diaz.

She is survived by: her husband Russell E Williams; her child Russell Williams Jr.; her grandchildren, Samantha, Stephanie, Joshua, Nicholas, Devanny and Naidelin; her great grandchild Amelia; and her siblings, Jesus Diaz (Chuy) and Dolores Beltran. She is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
