She is survived by: her husband Kent F. Jacobs, MD; her sister Terri Finley (Dan Finley); her children, Ryan Beavers (Holly Beavers) and Megan Hayes (Brian Hayes); her grandsons, Jaxon John and Alex Jo; her pet Pepper; Maryce Jacobs.
