He was predeceased by: his parents, Victoriano Hernandez and Liduvina Maldonado Hernandez; his siblings, Raul, Jose, Manuel, Juan, Olga and Emma (Lucio); his sisters-in-law, Mary and Kay; and his nephews, Bobby, Jeremy Hernandez and Steven Peoples.
He is survived by: his wife Priscilla Marquez; his children, Victor Joseph (Nancy), Patrick (Camille), Frank and Elizabeth (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Gage, Mia, Marques Gutierrez, Zane, Faith (AJ), Jeremiah, Tyler and Alex Hernandez; his sisters, Rose Marie Contreras (Mike) and Berta Covey (Roy); and his sisters-in-law, Linda and Frances Hernandez.
