George Flores Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 6, 2025, at the age of 70, George Flores (Las Vegas, New Mexico) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Ignacio Flores (Nash) and Aurora Flores (Dora); his birth mother Margie Pena; his sisters, Patsy Vigil, Jessica Salas and Brother Ellery Pena; his parents, George Flores Sr. and Margarita Lara Flores; his stepfather Salomon Archuleta; and his wife Diane Flores.
He is survived by: his sister Petra Ulibarri; his children, Diego Flores (Desirae), Monica Flores, Sarah Flores and Greg Garduno; and his grandchildren, Diego Flores Jr., Feliz Flores, Sarita Crespin, Lynnette Crespin, Maria Andrews, GeorgeAnne Andrews, Michael Makepeace, Isaiah Flores and Wileeke Woodson. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A rosary will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Our Lady of Sorrows Church (403 Valencia St, Las Vegas, NM 87701). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location.
