He is survived by: his children, Joseph Herrera, Eugene Herrera and Maria Harris; his children-in-law, Novella Herrera and Richard Harris; his grandchildren, Lisa Herrera, Anna Herrera, Micaela Russo, Lachlan Harris, Oliver Harris and Maya Harris; and his siblings, Celia Bustos and Victor Herrera of Sacramento.
