He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Asencion Duran and Ramoncita Gonzales; his siblings, Felix Duran, Eddie Duran, Julia Duran and Maria Elena Montoya; his daughter Judith Duran-Ortega; and his granddaughter Judanna Duran-Ortega.
He is survived by: his children, Chris Duran (Sara) of Las Vegas, NM and JoAnn Gastelum (Gregorio) of Las Vegas, NM; his grandchildren, Marina (Chris), Maribella, Miranda, Gregorio, Jesus, Joycelyn, Jovanna, Robert II, Leroy, Julia, Yvonne and Damian; his great grandchild Damian; his siblings, Dolores Martinez of Las Vegas, NM, Gilbert Duran of Las Vegas, NM, Fermin Duran (Isabel) of Fremont, CA, Rita Duran and Corine Duran of Albuquerque, NM; and his close friends, Christine Ortega-Garcia of Las Vegas, NM, Mary F. Otero of Las Vegas, NM, Angela and Lisa. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
