He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Saiz and Sophia Saiz; his wife Josie Saiz; his children, Tina Saiz and Larry Saiz; his granddaughter Julie Saiz; and his siblings, Estevan, Delfino, Dominico, Frank Saiz and Maria Sanchez.

He is survived by: his children, Leroy Saiz of Las Vegas, Lawrence Saiz (Roseann) of Las Vegas, Lorraine Wall (Roy) of Albuquerque and Eddie Saiz (Sandra) of Albuquerque; his granddaughters, Monica Padilla (Michael) of Las Vegas and Tranette Montoya (Shawn) of Albuquerque; and his siblings, Viola Ortega of Las Vegas, Vita Lucero of Las Vegas, Ray Saiz (Margie) of Las Vegas and Anita Lucero of Fort Worth. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren, and 12 great-great grandchildren.
