He was predeceased by: his father Pete Arcenio Maes; and his grandparents, Isabelle Madrid Tijerina, Guadalupe Garcia Sr., Jose Arcenio Maes and Maria Paz Maes.
He is survived by: his mother Maria Arla Maes; his pet Snow White; and his stepfather Karl Sanchez. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and friends.
