We are sad to announce that on September 25, 2025, at the age of 66, Richard Montoya (Las Vegas, New Mexico) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Richard may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Richard touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
A rosary will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Our Lady of Sorrows Church (403 Valencia St, Las Vegas, NM 87701). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the San Antonio Cemetery-Los Montoyas.
