He is survived by: his mother Mary Rodriguez; his siblings, Clarence (Yoliver Rodriguez), Alonzo (Bella Rodriguez), Christine Rodriguez, Anna Rodriguez and Candelaria (Patrick Gallegos); and his girlfriend Rita L. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and dear friends.
