The memory of Joseph E. Gurule of Logan, New Mexico, who passed away on July 4, 2025 at the age of 72, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Con Gurule and Virginia Campbell; his brother Chester Oldham; and his daughter Jolinda Rhea Gurule. He is survived by: his sons, Jody C. Gurule of Logan, NM and James "Chet" C. Gurule (Tammy) of Clovis, NM; his sisters, Barbara Harden (Steve) of Amarillo, TX and Peggy Furnes of Amarillo, TX; his grandchildren, Logan Gurule, Tyson Gurule, Kinzy Gurule, Rhealynn Gurule, Chance Gurule (Katie), Chris Gurule (Shey), Kayla Cox (Ki), Kiaya Gallegos, Asher Ortiz, Myka Gurule and Michael Youngblood; and his great grandchildren, Adian Gurule, Emilia Gurule and River Gurule. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Logan Cemetery.
