He is survived by: his sister Jane McAlister; his children, Carolyn Whipple, David Baird, Nita Baird and Elizabeth Halloway; his grandchildren, Lezley Alba, Megan Whipple, Devany Whipple, Justin Coogle, Lindsey Montes, Sarah Baird, Ashley Silvas and Sean Silvas; and his great grandchildren, Jaxon, Zoey, Zander, Eli, Wrynleigh, Agustin and Reese.
