He was predeceased by : his parents, Oscar Kottmann Sr. and Anna M. Custead; his siblings, Arthur R. Kottmann, Oscar Kottmann Jr., Margaret B. W. Miller and Faye G. Kottong; and his son Gerald E. Kottmann.
He is survived by : his daughters, Carole M. Zanone (Jon A. Zanone) and Lisa D. McPeek-Brannen (R. Scott Brannen); his sister Faith F. Somers; and his grandchildren, Jessica M. Cordova, Zachary S. Zanone (Jaydee L.), Kevin W. McPeek III and Austin T. Zanone.
