She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Lowe Doolen and Mabel Lois Headley Doolen; her siblings-in-law, Dorothy Doolen, Nina Doolen and Wayne Shanafelt; and her nephews, Howard Leslie Doolen and Dan Doolen.
She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey Willis; her close friend Richard Bagley; her siblings, Glenn Maurice Doolen, John Gilbert Doolen, Gerald Leslie Doolen and Barbara Louise Shanafelt; and her siblings' children, Steve Doolen, Cathy Wilkins, Leigh Ann Birdsell, Damon Doolen, Dina Doolen, Meri Jo Shanafelt and Ron Shanafelt.
