He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Kuiper and Bess Kuiper; and his sister Darlene Picard (Roger). He is survived by: his sons, Adam and Tim; his granddaughters, Ariella and Lacey; his daughter Siri (Hoehn); his son-in-law Chris; and his grandchildren, Hailey, Ryan and Jason.
