He was predeceased by: his daughter Saraswati Khalsa; and his parents, William Ernst and Bella Ernst. He is survived by: his spouse Manjit Khalsa; his children, Gurujaswant Khalsa and Amrit Twibell; his sons-in-law, Rajveer Khalsa, Dilraj Sidhu and Edgar Twibell; and his grandchildren, Paramjap Khalsa, Karmvir Sidhu and Deya Sidhu. He is also survived by his wife and children.
A memorial service was held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Rivera Family Funerals & Cremations of Espanola (305 Cll Salazar, Española, NM 87532).
