He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfredo Miranda and Lazarita Moya Miranda; his brothers, Florian, Lionel, George and Arturo Miranda; and his former wife Lina Sisneros.

He is survived by: his wife Timi Miranda; his stepsons, John Baca and Jerry Baca; and his siblings, Ruben Miranda, Rosalie Medina and Corina Miranda. He is also survived by 6 step-grandchildren; 5 step-great grandchildren; and 22 nephews and nieces.
