He is survived by: his father Edmund A. Herrera; his sons, Ben and Noah Herrera; his grandson Eziquel Herrera; his sisters, Doretta Rodriguez, Liz Ford (Erin) and Amanda Perea; and his cousin Leslie Justiniano.
