He is survived by: his wife Virginia Garcia; his children, Ramoncita Garcia, Daniel Garcia II (Amy) and Anastacia Garcia (Lee Toni); his grandchildren, Andrew Gutierrez (Desirie), Bryanna Pena (Stephen Cervantes), Kassarah Garcia and Gabryella Garcia; and his great grandchildren, Nathan Gutierrez, Vicente Gutierrez, Juliette Cano, Cruz Cano, Owen Gutierrez, Roman Cervantes and Ariellie Garza.
