She was predeceased by: her parents, James Sikes and Ena Mae Sikes; her siblings, Clifton Carroll, James Lee, Ronald Glen, Bettye Darlyne "Dee" and Judith Ann; her children, Janice Marie and Ricky "Damit" Wayne; and her friend Hastings H. Hutchins.
She is survived by: her children, Kaye Lynn Rawlins and James McElroy (Angela). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, 15 grandchildren, 20 great‑grandchildren and 11 great, great grandchildren.
