He was predeceased by: his father James Hobbs. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his mother Maryanne; his children, Jennifer (Jen), Heather and Edward B. (Eddie); his grandchildren, Penelope, Xander and Adeline (Addie); and his siblings, Loretta (Ed), Maryhelen (Tom) and James (Debbie).

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Rio Grande Estates Main Fire House (108 Rio Communities Blvd, Belen, NM 87002).

I have wondered about you and tried searching your name these past few years with no success until today another friend from those days gone by asked if I knew you. I was so happy to hear that you were there and then I found that you had finished this life and passed on. I am so glad to have known you Eddie. Adios me amigo… ><>”
