He was predeceased by: his parents, Francisco Fernandez and Esther Fernandez. He is survived by: his siblings, Angela, Lucia and Arnielle; and his children, Frank III (Scooter), Roque (Rocky), Kolynn, Shaun Lee and Scooter. He is also survived by his wife, three remaining children, their spouses and many Grand and Great Grandchildren.
