She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfred Otero and Cecilia D. Otero. She is survived by: her close friend Oscar Portillo; her children, Pamela Brandt (Josh) and Phillip Otero (Stacey); and her siblings, Al Otero (Twyla), Luke Otero (Patricia) and Bernadette Picchione (Tim). She is also survived by eleven grandkids and a great-grandchild, six nieces and nephews, several great-nieces, and nephews.
