It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Francis Rimel Jr. (Los Lunas, New Mexico), who passed away on June 6, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid James farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For James is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Ena and James Francis Rimel Sr.; and his daughter Maegan. He is survived by: his wife Dianna; his children, Marissa (Eric) and Scott (Nicole); his grandchildren, Jacob and Natalie; and his sister Dale Moore of Kennett Square, PA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to oneofakindkids.org, an organization Jeff felt strongly about because of the support they give to his granddaughter.
