With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard Montano of Los Lunas, New Mexico, born in Albuquerque, New Mexico, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 28, 2024 at the age of 69. He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Montano and Nikki Montano; and his brothers, Alvarito Montano (Al) and Arturo Montano (Art). He is survived by: his children, Nicholl Lucero (Alvin Lucero) and Richard Jonathan Montano (Veronica Montano); his grandchildren, Michael Campa, Jose Campa, Annarose Campa and Aaron Montano; his great grandchildren, Winter McCalister, Richard "Richie" Campa and Pampa; and his siblings, Ubaldo Montano (Margaret) and Carmen Montes (David). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
