He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Sanford and Mattie Mauldin; his siblings, Glenn Mauldin, Nelline (JB Wyche), Earl (Thomas Mauldin), Laverne and Carlton Bratcher (Mary Louise Mauldin); and his nephew Fred Wyche.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Louise Nave; his daughter Libbie; his grandchildren, Clay and Cydnee (Lance Widner) of Artesia, NM; and his great grandchildren, Jackson Widner and Greyson Widner.
